Hey Arnold: H.S. Days part 8
As Gerald and Phoebe walked off toward the dance floor Arnold and Helga were well aware of their awkward situation. They were now alone holding hands on the side of the dance floor.
Holding hands while walking or with Gerald and Phoebe was less awkward than standing quietly alone holding hands. Arnold and Helga had never had a hard time making conversation since they began to become friends but now there was an elephant in the room.
"So umm, do you want to dance Arnold?", asked Helga breaking the ice.
She had to do something, to break the tension.
"I would love to Helga." said a shocked Arnold pulling Helga toward the dance floor.

As Arnold, Helga, Phoebe, and Gerald made their way towards the yacht it was obvious that the party was already in full swing. Twinkling party lights surrounded the humungous boat filled with partially drunk teens. Loud music was blasting from inside as most of the teens were out on deck.
As they walked through the crowd looking for other sophomores it became apparent that they were the only ones in attendance. As Helga had suspected the yacht was filled with out of control seniors, taking advantage of Rhonda's hospitality.
"Well this is peculiar," said Phoebe, "It seems as though we are the only underclassman here."
"I didn't want to say

As the door swung open to the blue brownstone home, Arnold couldn't help but remember Helga's father, Big Bob Pataki. Arnold would never admit this to anyone, but he found Helga's father to be intimidating to say the least and he had not even thought about having to deal with him while picking Helga up for the party.
To Arnold's relief it was not Big Bob Pataki who answered.
"Gerald, Arnold please come in, Helga is just finishing up and will be downstairs shortly", greeted Phoebe.
"You look beautiful babe", greeted Gerald in return as he kissed her lightly on the lips.
"Thank you Gerald, you look very attractive as well", replied a smilin

Arnold stared blankly into his bedroom mirror at the boarding house as he buttoned up his shirt. He wore a black button up dress shirt with dark navy jeans and of course his signature hat.
As Arnold fastened the buttons of his shirt he began to think about his upcoming date with Helga. How was he going to tell her that he saw her as more than a friend? And most importantly, how was he going to find out how she felt about him?
His thoughts were quickly interrupted by a knock at the door.
"Come in," answered Arnold.
"Hey Shortman," replied Grandpa walking into Arnolds bedroom, "getting ready for your little date with the girl with the pink

Helga sat on her bed that Friday afternoon, as Phoebe rummaged through her closet looking for an appropriate outfit for Helga to wear tonight, mulling over the events that had transpired over the last several days.
First, she catches Her Royal Highness of Hillwood High herself, Rhonda Wellington Lloyd, making out in a closet with Harold, the schools most dimwitted slob.
That part alone was unbelievable, not even taking into consideration the events that had transpired between herself and Arnold. After all she was still attempting to convince herself that he actually did ask her to be his date to Rhonda's party.
Earlier that day she had con

Arnold walked through the doors of the Sunset Arms Boarding house that afternoon afterschool thinking about Rhonda's upcoming party. It was Thursday and that meant the party was tomorrow night. At first he was dreading going, but with the events that transpired today in the hallway, well that changed everything.
As Abner, Arnolds pet pig, and the other animals ran out of the Boarding house door as soon as Arnold came in he heard a familiar, comforting voice welcoming him home.
"Hey Shortman", said Arnolds Grandpa Phil.
Phil was in his nineties now but still as fit as a fiddle. Arnolds Grandma Gertie was in a wheel chair but still as insane

As Arnold and Gerald played Basketball they talked and joked around like normal. Arnold was wearing a green t-shirt and red shorts while Gerald wore his signature number 33 Hillwood High Basketball jersey.
Some would think a one on one game with Gerald, who was the Hillwood High Basketball star point guard, was an unfair advantage, but they clearly did not know Arnold.
Since infancy Arnold was talented in practically everything and gave Gerald a little competition on the court, although he himself was not on the basketball team.
As the two played, Gerald thought that this might be the best time to ask his best friend for a favor,"So Phoebe

It was high school. Rhonda roamed the halls of Hillwood High like she owned the place. Which she basically did being the self-proclaimed It girl of Hillwood high. Of course she had the typical things a high school queen bee had including a hot jock boyfriend, a swarm of loyal followers; including her long time best friend Nadine, the essentially non-essential Prada bag ,and even a stalker also known as Curly. She wore a red top with a black miniskirt accessorized with black Jimmy choos. Even though Rhonda was only a sophomore she had lunch with, how Lila would put it, the ever so popular seniors.

So I had an idea a few days ago while watching Hey Arnold on the 90s are all that on teen nick.Well I started to remember how good this show was and realized how much I missed it.So I came up with an idea for a new show that Nickelodeon should do.Its a new show about Arnold and the gang as teens. It would be similar to All Grown Up but I believe that the Hey Arnold version would be more successful due to the fact that Arnold and the other characters were not babies and the transition would be much easier.Well now that I think about it I believe that the storylines really wouldnt change at all due to the fact that the plots on Hey Arnold were v
